Great run yesterday! Threshold to VM was 7 min pace to 6:40 pace. Loved it!!! Tough to start at 5:30 am – but 6th set was good!!!
Warmup: 5 minutes Run Zone 1,
10 minutes Run Zone 2, and then do some Dynamic Stretching before beginning main set.
MS: 6 x (2 minute Run Threshold Zone 4/to low VM in last 40″ and take 2 minutes Run Zone 1)
10 minutes Run Zone 2,
CD: 5 minutes Run Zone 1
